The study found many results including they are deference between banks about application of the governance in general and sharia governance in particular, so there are banks that weren’t founded by the governance committee until 2012, such as Bobian Bank. There are banks didn’t issue a governance report until 2015 this is the result of the transformation of the banks under study from traditional banks to Islamic banks (ahli united bank, international Kuwait bank).
